We Are BTO Estates...
Since 1989 we have been on this journey of traveling and discovering traditional as well as modern architecture thoughout the country.
We have been fortunate enough to travel up and down the east coast and throughout the mid-west all the way to the West cost. We have traveled from Florida’s southern most point around the gulf of Mexico to the border town of Eagle pass and though out the great state of Texas while seeing the different geography that California offers.
We have witnessed 200 year old buildings on the east cost and many century old homes in between. There has been log homes, stick built, block buildings, adobe and stucco homes.
We actually own a few of them ourselves. One was built in 2011 and another that was originally built in 1908, one home has logs as the floor joist another has an all brick cellar with an arched ceiling in it.
If you was to walk inside of the homes you wouldn’t believe either one of those facts. We’ve had a goal to remodel or refurbish each one so they are a clean with modern upgrades to the lights, paint and hardware.
We try to add a custom feature within each home making it unique to that particular property.
